So beauty is in the eye of the beholder... you must attract a woman first before you can state who will or won't date you because of "personality", and if you look all greasy and nasty you will attract no one no matter how nice you are.

Yes, I am a bit shallow... we all have our standards. So being nice/mean is secondary to how you present yourself. IMHO... its how you look and project confidence, because even an ugly confident well dressed man can be considered sexy... like Seal for instance. I think he's gorgeous despite his facial scars. I also dig chubby men too, but they all must possess "bedroom eyes".

to get personal here, i spent the last year of my life with someone being the nicest compassionate guy i ever been compare to the selfish womanising immature guy i spent most of my late 20s doing. Eventually i lost the woman i was involve with to a married man who was she in an affair with long before i was in the picture.

Am not bitter about it, because the both of them deserve each other, they are both self destructive and spoilt. I was the nicest guy i could ever been to her and she was not the one. i like being the better person because it makes me feel good about myself which will enhance my relationship with someone else who does deserve it.

And let's add that most "nice guys" don't notice that "nice girl" beside them who has liked them for years but does not look like a Victoria's Secret model.

I don't have any "nice" female friends who could potentially have a secret crush on me - I just know nice girls who are in relationships or single girls who prefer immature jerks - I have yet to find that "nice girl" to match me - but I don't know if it's because I'm a "wallowing pussy" or not, I'll leave that to others to judge.
