I always watch the clock during the show. I lose track of time and HATE it when all of a sudden it's over.

The episode was frustrating in that it jumped all over the place and didn't focus on any one character for very long. It left them the task of fleshing out all of that in a satisfying was over the next 11 episodes. I hope they do a good job of it.

no it's already signed up for season 5 hbo would be a dumb ass 2 pull it cause right now it's their top program. they are losing entourage and boardwalk and game of thrones are too new 2 build up a strang fanbase. they aren't dumb cause look at the whole tbwithdrawl things, they know we've been waiting

So what did we learn in this episode?

Sookie was gone for a year, but for her it felt like a couple of weeks at the most.

Sookie's granddad died, but Barry the Bellboy is in Fairyland.

The Faes are not as pretty, pretty as they seem. They're harvesting part Fae humans and are at war over sealing off Fairyland from the human world.

Jason is a cop and Andy is sheriff.

Jason sold Sookie's house. Andy is hooked on V. eek

Sam is a rather giant prick. sad He's hanging out with a bunch of shifters, going to anger management classes and paying for Tommy's physical therapy, cause he did shoot Tommy in the leg at the end of last season.

Tommy....Tommy, Tommy, Tommy. Mrs. Fortenberry's new mama's boy.

Arlene had an adorable baby boy who she thinks is devilspawn. She and Terry are still together.

Hoyt & Jessica are having some, shall we say, growing pains, as a couple.

Pam is still her glorious self.

Jesus wants Lafayette to join a coven but LaLa is reluctant. His hair was adorable.

The head witch of the coven, Marnie, (Fiona Shaw is IN-credible) is not as meek as she first appears.

Jason was still taking care of the people of Hotshot, who repay that kindness by kidnapping him.

Tara moved from Bon Tempa. She's a cage fighter living under an assumed name and she has a girlfriend.

What did I miss?

Bill is KING!! Eric is is subject. :-o

Eric bought Sookie's house and claimed her as "his"

u know it's not the residents of hotshot that kidnapped him ..set up by that one boy but i'm pretty sure it's crystal and felton

Okay cool. I didn't think that HBO would fuck up like that. I mean they did piss me off with how they cut Rome off just like that after two seasons...so I was just making sure.
