Kim K to 'In Touch' -- I Didn't Cheat, and I'll Sue

Kim Kardashian is incensed that "In Touch" just ran a cover story which claims she has been cheating on her fiance, Kris Humphries, with NFL player Bret Lockett ... and she's threatening to sue the mag and Lockett.

TMZ has obtained a demand letter, written by Kim's lawyer, threatening "In Touch" that if it ran the cheating story Kim would take legal action. The letter put "In Touch" on notice ... the cheating allegations "are, at a minimum, damaging, defamatory, and an invasion of her privacy."

Kim's reps tell TMZ ... Kim has never even met or spoken with Lockett.

Nevertheless, "In Touch" is publishing the story in its new issue. In the story, Lockett is quoted, saying, "I knew this was a game to her, and this is what she does." Lockett adds, "She pursued me."

Kim's rep tells TMZ, Kim will sue both "In Touch" and Lockett.

Kim Kardashian is ballistic over Bret Lockett -- aka Tom Brady's teammate -- and if he doesn't admit he lied when he said he had an affair with her, she's hauling his big ass into court.



Kardashian has fired off a new demand letter to Lockett, obtained by TMZ, which warns him if he doesn't retract his allegations and cease from making fresh ones, his new position will be defendant on the left side of the courtroom.

Lockett went on TMZ Live Wednesday and insisted he did indeed have an online and physical relationship with Kim this year, at the same time she was dating now-fiance Kris Humphries.

In the letter, Kim's lawyer, Michael Kump, says, "To put it very plainly and clearly, and as Mr. Lockett knows, there is not now, and never has been such a relationship," adding, "Ms. Kardashian does not know and has never even met Mr. Lockett."

If Kris was a smart dude, he'd put the brakes on these nuptials coming up! They've only been dating for 6 months anyway. Plus, I don't think Lockett would go out of his way like this if he was lying. He has no stake in it/her, so why would he lie anyway? Looks like she got caught bein' a ho again! *smh*

I think Lockett's a media whore.

I believe Greg, wit his foine sef, cuz he didn't seek this out. In Touch heard about him from another source. And sought him out after Kim denied knowing him at all. I think that's why he spoke up. He even said in his interview to TMZ that if she had just said, "Yeah, I know him but we're just friends" he woulda left it alone. But I guess his lil feelings were hurt cuz she said she ain't never met his ass. Regardless, Kris stupid.

Word on the street is that the show paid for that ring and they pay for a good chunk of the Kardashian girl's wardrobe too. Expenses built into their contract with E! Also, on the Kim & Kourtney ep, the whole issue with Scott's Rolls Royce was totally made up. He had no intention of buying a Rolls...all scripted.

2)Kim could have slept with the dude-because when you first start dating someone that doesn't mean your exclusive. That normally comes later.

3)This whole thing could be scripted to create a drama to sell the reality show and tabloids.

I hope this is the case because I'd hate to think that either she, Kris, or Bret are truly this dumb. There is no reason to lie about a past relationship, there is no reason to jump so quickly into a marriage with somebody who may be after you for your fame and money, and there is no reason to want to go to court all so you can prove to the world "yeah I fucked that bitch!"
