The Hard Rock Cafe has no redeeming qualities whatsoever

Horrible food, horrible music and not that much in the way rock memorabilia,

At least they had a cloud guitar for a little while in Houston.

Not my thing. It's just fast food. And these days they mostly play POP and SHIT-DANCE/SHIT-HOP , and almost no hard-rock or Rock&Roll...

I'm inclined to agree. I've been to the one in Atlantic City and I wasn't impressed. It was just like an Applebee's with rock music playing in the background. rolleyes

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Oh my goodness, I haven't been to a Hard Rock Cafe in years! I think I came to the realization that you just did 12 years ago when I went to a Hard Rock, and all they had on display was Sylvester Stallone's flying superherpo costume from Judge Dredd. Plus, My coconut batter shrimp was dry lol

Yeah, it's terrible. The last time we ate at one was in Minneapolis. We went in to look at the Prince exhibit upstairs and were really hungry when we got there, so decided not to hunt out another place to eat.

Boy, was that a mistake. disbelief

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

Yeah, the Prince stuff in the Mpls location IS fun to look at.

But that's all there is to do there.

Only been once to the Toronto location. I recall the food was pretty unremarkable, but the memorabilia was halfway interesting.

I love the Prince memorabilia at that one- his little boots and the letter he wrote to a fan is cool- but the food sucked ass and I almost got run over crossing the street to get to the Hard Rock. Guess that wasn't the Hard Rocks fault though confused

Given that The House Of Blues is better, why do we need The Hard Rock Cafe?

i went to the HRC in San Francisco once and I've never been back.

The ones that have good performance spaces are useful, otherwise I totally agree.

I was forced to eat at the one in Times Square once. If there is any restaurant, Hard Rock or otherwise, with worse food, I shudder to think of it.
