I was collecting my Son from school a few days back, nothing unusual, except for the following story.

During Term time, the School has trainee Teachers in, we, teh parents, are aware of this as the school informed us all. The other day I was collecting my Son and whilst waiting outside the classroom (The Classroom has an exterior door where parents collect from) a few of the Mothers started to make comments on the Young MALE Trainee Teacher.

What was most shocking is they went as far as making the statement that because "he wanted to teach young Kids he was probably a Paedophile" I was shocked to say the least, I angrily pointed out to them their wrong doings, to which I was met with abuse and the accusation that I was sticking up for him because I am "A Man".

I don't think they realise the stupidity of what they was saying and how dangerous it was too, this poor Kid, I say Kid, he was in his early Twenties, is trying to learn how to do a worthy Job and start a possibily rewarding career and before he even gets to qualify he has idiotic, pathetic narrow minded Women calling him a Paedophile More than that, This society is so damn paranoid nowadays that simply making that comment could in fact lead to him being investigated by the Child Protection Departments, leading to his Career falling down before he even starts it.

Whats more annoying, is that one of these very Parents, who was preaching about how concerned for her childs welfare she was, turned up the very next day pissed and bragging about how much she had drunk during her "Day at the Pub" (Though this is not uncommon with this mother, She has been drunk on a few occasions when collecting her kid) So Yeah, really concerned for her Kids welfare, what she meant was she was concerned about her Welfare cheque for having Kids so she could go out and get pissed more often.

Seriously though, what the hell would possess some people to make such stupid comments and allegations

My guess would be that this young teacher is fairly good looking and they know he wouldnt give the time of day to those ugly women in mom jeans... So they are bitter and catty..

They'd probably had already tried flirting with him and it didn't work.

...and here I am complaining that there just aren't enough male teachers teaching kids these days. My kids school has ZERO male teachers.

Then they wonder why some female teachers (not all) are often the ones having sexual relations with their kids...
