Return/Exchange Counters... :
Why is it everytime I take time out of my life to make an exchange or a return, just about everyone in front of me is taking 20 minutes at the counter? I mean, goodness. I stand there, bored out of my mind...while the Customer Service folk do battle with customers. Why do people argue? These counter people do what they can, they have no intentions of giving you a hard time - really. They would prefer to just do what you say and move along... | |

I know exactly what your saying girl, I work with the public and some people can be a pain in the ASS, you try to help them as much as you can but their never satisfied. | |

hell, I use to manage a couple of retail stores...customers are the worst...they take the customer is always right thing a bit too far.
Actually when a customer would say that crap to me I would say...not in this store...where is your damn receipt. LOL | |

He had 3 people, and then finally security came to escort him out the door! Of course he had no reciept...BUT, his argument was...hey proof is in that you guys carry this! | |

I work in music retail, and I know exactly what you mean.
Some people are so rude. The people who always piss me off are the ones who don't believe they should have to queue up like everyone else. "Excuse me..." (...trying to ignore them while I carry on serving the person in front of me) "Excuse me... I just wanna ask a question..." "I'm sorry, I'm serving someone else at the moment. If you'd like to join the queue..." "But have you got Terminator on DVD?" "if you'd like to join the queue..." "well, have you got it or not?" "as I said, you'll have to join the queue" (the customer in front of me is now getting pissed off with the queue jumper too) "I'm in a hurry" "Well, (in my best polite, yet sarcastic tone) if you'd like to ask EVERYONE in the queue if they mind you PUSHING IN FRONT... I'll serve you!" "well, if that's your attitude, I'll take my business elsewhere!" "ok... Bye!"
