clubs close at 4 am

and on 'queens day' (a bank holiday here , when there's band playing everywhere and things) they prohibited people to buy more than 1 alcoholic beverage per person

and they prohibited dj's and house music

and everything closed at 10 PM

what once was a nice city has been ruined
