NUMBER OF HOURS SLEPT : It's never the same. I'll go months where I'll be lucky to get 5 and then enter a phase where I'm sleeping 10 hours every night.

NUMBER OF HOURS YOU WISH YOU COULD SLEEP : If a steady 8/night would leave me energized all day, that would be good.

INITIAL SLEEP POSITION : Always on my side.

INITIAL WAKE POSITION : Always on my back.

DO YOU DREAM? Constantly. Several times a night.

DO YOU RECALL YOUR DREAMS? Most of them. They fade the more I wake up if I don't commit them to memory.

DO YOU SNORE? No. Never.

DOES YOUR SPOUSE/PARTNER/PET SNORES? Yes.

MEN, ANY PERSISTENT "RIGIDITY"? Yes. But I don't mind it.

FAVORITE PRE-SLEEP ACTIVITY : Take a guess.

MOST HATED POST-SLEEP ACTIVITY : Waking up. Once I'm awake, I'm usually fine.

My wife just hates the fact that I can go to sleep by simply counting down to 10.

I kid you not, I've trained my body to just shut down at will.

It takes my wife an hour at least to fall asleep.
