Hogan VS. Warrior Part 3: This Time It's Personal. It's The Ultimate Shoot Video! I think there are about 8 segments, which is a combine total of an 1 hour shoot. But this is the 7 minutes preview. And The Warrior is verbally going after Hogan hard with this ultimate tell all:

If there's 2 wrestlers who I can't take seriously when they're doing a shoot, it's these two (Sean Waltman is another who I consider a joke)
Warrior is someone whose words I take with less than a grain of salt. The man is a racist, a homophobe, and one of the least talented wrestlers EVER. And
I wish his ex wife had gone through with her plan to release a tell all about him "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

The Not-So-Ultimate Warrior can suck it and y'all know how I feel about Hogan...with his Rent-A-Wrestler looking ass.

The Ultimate Warrior, a racist?!? At least consider checking out the first 3 segments. Warrior comfirms what Randy Savage said about Hulk & Linda being responsible for the marriage break-up between Randy & Elizabeth. But the reason surprise to me was Warrior revealing how Hulk once tried to convince him to have a one-night stand with Linda!

They're still wrestling? Aren't they in their 60's by now?

Warrior retired from pro wrestling in 1998, then came back once more in 2008 and retired for good then after.
Hogan has yet to retire at all!

Both Hogan and Warrior are useless.
As for the sex thing...there's a video I saw of Hogan where he put Macho's business out there. He said he, Elizabeth and Macho were hanging out just before Hogan was supposd to go to Florida and film "Mr. Nanny". Hogan asked Elizabeth to come along and "help Linda with the kids." Elizabeth agreed, then invited her "boyfriend" to come along. Savage shows up and loses his mind...he knew what was going on but according to Hogan, he (Hogan) snuck Elizabeth's boyfriend out the back before Macho could see him.
As I said...they're both useless, but i'm starting to believe a lot of what Warrior says about Hogan.
And the sexual deviancy going on in the WWF back in the day...between the rumored homosexuality, the Savage-Stephanie rumor (which Lanny Poffo practically admitted was true)...yikes.

Warrior is pretty much blacklisted from wrestling organizations
Hogan on the other hand, tries to stay active in the industry but his back and knees are so beyond out of commission, I don't think he could handle one more fall "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

So far, I think the rumor about Randy fornicating an underage Stephanie is total bullshit.
Think abou it. If (and I say "if" loosely!) Vince knew for a fact that the rumor was a true story, then forget about any chance in hell for Randy to even be place in the WWE Hall Of Fame. Vince's main responsibility as a parent should have been having Randy arresting for statutory rape AND sexual misconduct charges.

You have seen Warrior's lectures? or his blog on his website? The guy is a racist and a homophobe. He also referred to Droz as "the cripple" "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
I already knew about The Warrior's homophobic comment during a lecture at UConn a couple of years ago because I've seen the video footage that was on YouTube before it was taken down.

Hulk is wearing freaking hair weaves now!
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
He's been wearing them since WCW "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

I gotta see this.
He's aged some. I like his hair better here. I was not really a fan of his, didn't he keep going from good guy to bad guy and then back to good guy?

Thing is that no one will confirm it...but no one has denied it. Both Jim Ross and Lanny Poffo had opprtunities to shoot it down...Ross danced around it saying "it's none of my business...but he's defintiely deserving of the hall".
According to Lanny Poffo (parphrased) "If you've been on the internet then you know why my brother isn't in the hall. Even I could never ask him the details, but that's the reason."
And I dont think Vince found out about it till well after the fact (if it is in fact true). Also...I've heard it may not have been full on intercourse, just a "sexual act". Not that that maks it any better...
It has to be something really serious (like the rumor) to keep Macho out of the hall. Otherwise the shit makes no sense. [Edited 6/18/11 3:01am]

He spent most of his career as the good guy of good guys until 1996 when he became bad and stayed that way until mid-1999. was a bad guy for like a month in 2002 but then went back to good....until last year "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

Never could understand the revisionist disdain for Hulk Hogan. Other anti-faces/heels appeal to me more now, and he certainly wasn't the first of his kind, but Hogan was a rock star in the 80's and but for him wrestling wouldn't be where it is today. Hogan just strikes as a douche to me. But to each his own I guess lol

people look back at his matches and seeing that in reality, he just wasn't a great wrestler. He was more charisma and personality than actual in ring talent.....kinda like this guy

by the time WCW Nitro came around and WWE was doing the whole "New Generation" thing in '94-96, he just seemed out of place until he turned heel (and even then, it was lame in retrospect because Nitro would take 20 minutes just for him to do a long promo) There's a lot more to why fans have turned on him, along with why many of the people he's worked with over the years aren't fond of him to this day
but the same thing can be said about Warrio "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

So he's bad again! lol
| |
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Exactly. I look at some of his matches years after the fact when I did see them initially and they weren't even good wrestling-wise. It was just for show, which was probably the whole point of Hogan anyway. Still don't make it any better.

Also all the Warrior did was run through the ring like he was on a marathon crack binge.

As I explain the following, please keep in mind that I'm older than you and my childhood was the 1980's.
I was always more of a fan of the NWA/Joe Crocket Promotions, WCCW, & Mid-South/UWF than I ever was of the then-WWF.
But in fairness, I was watching the WWF nonetheless. And I was very happy to see The Ultimate Warrior win the WWF title in Wrestlemania VI (f*** Hulkamania was my attitude!
But his biggest selling point in my mind as a child was that war paint. The best way I can try to make anyone understand what it really means to look in the eyes of The Warrior is this infamous promo:

^ Like I said, acting like a crackhead. But I guess they thought "oh goody this would be one to show the kids!"

You can use the same "drug addict" arguement about Ric Flair today. But back in the 1980's, at least we all knew that Ric sounds more human no matter how many pills he was taking!:

No one can deny Rick was on the coke/pills. He just managed to not let it destroy him.

Bret Hart & Arn Anderson would disagree with you. And they tried their best to get through with Ric concerning his latest drug problem and failed!

You are not alone!!!!
The only reason I watched WWF in the 80s was the Macho Man and the original Hart Foundation.
Other than that...TBS at 3:05p Sat was the place to be!!!
And speaking of World Class...one of my fondest wrestling memories is visiting my grandpa in Greenville, TX in the summer of 1990. Gramps, me and my dad went to a World Class (or USWA but same thing) card at the Sportatorium when Austin was a long haired rookie.
The barrier around ringside was coffee cans with cement and sticks in them with a rope running through.
