No ,he had problems with his heart valve and, as far as I know, his father had similar problems.

Arnold DID take steroids back in the golden age of bodybuilding, but he never denied it, always openly admitted it ( like most bodybuilders back then did), and never made a big fuss about it. The amount of dianabol that he and his friends were taking back then is ridiculously low compared to what most bodybuilders, even amateurs, use today.

And it still takes a lot of determination and ambition to achieve what he has achieved because the steroids will help your body to recuperate from a hardcore training sessions and shorten your rest phase until your next workout, i.e you can work out much more, but you still have to put a lot of effort into your training and your diet.

That is true if you use testosterone....it makes your balls shrink because they retire early.

Your balls no longer feel needed because you give your body external testosterone, so your balls stop producing testosterone. Your dick won´t really be affected though.

The first few weeks usually make people much, much hornier because of the increased testosterone. After a certain time it all goes downhill.

I only use protein shakes and whey protein after my workouts and a multi protein (casein and egg albumin ) shake before bedtime. But if I were in my mid 50s to 60s, I´d probably use HGH under a doctor´s supervision, maybe even testosterone.

It doesn´t make sense to use steroids when you´re young and still are able to produce your own.

No, he chose the GOP way back, based on misconceptions about how each party feels about taxes and the working man. But he stayed in the party, probably because of Reagan.

But isn't it even more stupid to take steroids when you know that heart problems run in your family?

Like most bodybuilders of his generation, he did it under a doctor´s supervision.

There are things about Arnold that I admire a lot, and then there are tons of things about him that I absolutely dislike, but I think he is far from stupid.

He is so clever it is almost scary.

By the way, Arnold never really sugarcoated or downplayed being a dog....he used to brag about gangbanging girls at the gym with his buddies, and he was a player, so him having some affairs doesn´t really surprise me, and I doubt that Maria was surprised, either.

So Arnold had a baby outside of his union.
