Next week will be the day in court for me and ex.

It's going to be a though fight. I'm all stressed out because all the bad memories come back. And I'm afraid it will turn out nasty for me. I wished it was next week already. The waiting is horrible. I should work, however, I just postpone and org way toooo much.

I do hope that it all will be over soon. I can really start to put it behind me, get over it and move on.

I was really nervous before my divorce proceedings several years ago. It was tough but I made it through it. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. You will make it through it. Good luck and I will be sending positive thoughts your way!

It isn't an alien invasion, it is me getting drunk celebrating that at least the court hearing has occured (waiting 1,5 year now)

Thanks. Threads like that make me realize how happy I am nowadays. I should remember to be grateful not te be under the influence of a psychopath anymore. It's great to realize he can't hurt me anymore.

I am always in court every 3 months with my ex.... child support.

So yeah, just think about what you need done and try not to focus on the emotional crap.

That's all in the past anyways.

It's done and over with.

And the judge was great. He really read up on the case, was well informed and asked every right question. Judge started out with a remark how my ex 'summoned' the judge to meet ex his demands, however, ex could not have been bothered with handing in the papers that were requested by the court.

Then he asked my ex about how it is possible that his income figures that he claims are very different from the official ones.

My ex defense was so arrogant and ignorant. He has been able to fool his circle of friends, and really thought he was able to fool the judge. However, this judge was very sharp, uncovering all his fake stories.

On legal grounds I will not get any financial gaines, however the fact that the judge was confronting him with his dodgy statements and his contempt for the court by not even handing in the requested papers, was just great. My ex really is never going to understand what happened. He truly is convinced he is the victim. However, during the hearing, to everybody else present, it was clear he is a psychopath. I'm very happy that was so clear. I had my fight. It was about getting the recognition that I'm not crazy and he screwed me over (financially, among others). It was cleat that he truly is evil, no matter what excuses he makes up for himself.

His had his evil soul in the limelight today.
