Tears Of Joy

Yesterday, my wife bursted into the most beautiful cry I've ever seen - it was "happy" cry. Why? Well, I found her favourite earring that she thought she had lost (even thought I don't know how could it be in my guitar case). During that moment I could really feel the love, which is quite rare feeling. The question is: have you ever cried because you were so happy? How did it feel? Is OJ innocent?

No.

Is OJ innocent?

lol Ya know, I was about to post that the fact that there are those who believe he is, is a scary, scary thing. But, ya know what? There are a ton of people on this planet who believe all manner of stupid and/or ridiculous things. So, it's really no more scary than what I see and hear on an everyday basis. shrug

Yes. Wonderful. No.

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

It's so wonderful to see.

Easter morning my son saw his easter basket and it had two rare Thomas trains that he had been trying to find in front of it. He immediately burst into tears because he was so happy.

Seeing him that emotional makes me emotional.

lol

I often get a lump in my throat if I see others cry, it's contagous.

The one occasion that stands out for me was when I was pregnant 2nd time around and we went for a scan. I was convinced I was having another girl, but desperately wanted a boy. When we were told it was a boy I cried. Of course, i'd have been happy whatever the outcome.. but I never wanted more than 2 children and I was so surprised, shocked and thrilled it was a boy.

Last November the master told me to pack my bags because we were going out to dinner, but not in our city. Turned out he'd booked a surprise trip to the place we had our honeymoon 12 years earlier (which needed a 3 hour flight to get to!). Even in front of his parents, I just burst into tears redface and I alarmed everyone lol but it was tears of joy (and shock lol)

oh, and it happened to me on March 3 too! I was driving alone on the freeway on top of the Bolte Bridge and a 747 passed above me really low and slow and it was a gorgeous sunny day full of potential and I had on my favourite music sun it was just perfect.

And I was tearing up all over the place lol

Usually when I'm laughing, I start to cry. I wouldn't call them tears of joy per se, but they're happy tears nonetheless.

time flies.

Has it ever happened to you that you laugh so much that you start to cry and then you are crying for real and you feel upset?

I know what you're talking about, but no, that hasn't happened to me. Usually I bottle my sadness up until I'm ready to deal with it, but if I forget to deal with it, it just converts into a violent rampage for a couple of hours where I bite off the heads of anyone who looks at me funny. evillol
