That's exactly what I think they should do, guess it's true what they say, "great minds do think alike". Wishful thinking. You have to remember that this is some of the most expensive lots of real estate on the planet. To leave an empty park with a fancy memorial will NEVER happen...not while there's a need for tax revenue. No...buildings need to be rebuilt there. Not only to bring back the much-needed business into downtown NYC, but also to restore our beloved skyline. We got used to those two giant twin towers. Without them, it looks empty and just doesn't feel right. I like the first design better, but realistically the second choice is the one that problably will get built. Too many people also want the skyline restored. By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory! | |
