Let me begin by saying what an honor this award is. With so many other fine posters out there, I am truly honored and surprised by my selection. Back when I was a little boy growing up in the cat fields of Melmak, never could I have imagined that one day I'd be here with you tonight. I accept this award on behalf of all the posters out there, who pour their blood and sweat into every thread, link, and click and who work so tirelessly to inform and entertain, even infotain us. (wave to 2the9s, Icenine, rdhull, Calhounsq, bkw & others who make me laugh) To Moonbeam, thanx for coining the squozen To June7, started yelling at first, but turned into one helluva census keeper, plus official heralt of the Anthem (excerpt, "the click you made is no easy road" )

First, I'd like 2 thank Stevie Wonder 4 not releasing a thread this year (hand across brow, whew!) 2nd...Thanx 2 all who nominated me...voted 4 me...and even those who 4got me...(ie. most likely 2 b 4gotten on lists like these)
I am so touched. (camera quick shots at Wellbeyond, Moonbeam, Alf in full mock endearment pose) 2 be nominated 4 Thread of the Year, and 2 b a big part of the success of Alf's "Squozen Thread", really is more than I bargained 4 this year... Thanks Alf 4 contracting my census keeping department... I appreciate the job. When I wrote the "Squozen Anthem" I was in no way thinking it would win... it was all timing. And, in all honesty, that click you make, was no easy road!!! My "Nite B4 Xmas, p.org style" thread couldn't have been done without all of u, as u are the thread...each and every one of u.
