Sometimes a bad event helps you to put things in perspective to appreciate even the smallest of moments that are actually quite grand.... like waking your child up in the morning to get him ready for school and starting a busy day. If he pulled the trigger.... it wouldn't be the case. So yeah, the next day after was quite a nice day. I learned to stop bitching then.

I can't say that I've ever faced a life-or-death situation...but as a teen travelling down to Honduras and witnessing some pretty horrific poverty gave me a life-changing perspective and often stops me from bitching about "not having money".

the day i accepted salvation, traveled to brazil the first time, went on my first mission trip, met my husband, married my husband, gave birth to our son & so many more. i know there are more "best days" on the way in the future.

As others have said, I've had lots of best days and I expect to have lots and lots more.

I don't think the best day of my life has happened yet. I (God willing) still have a lot of living left to do.

Seeing each of my brother's kids being born, especially the oldest. I can't describe the feeling of being an uncle for the first time.

I'm pretty sure I have some best days coming up shortly

I'm easy to please though not necessarily in that order

I don't think the best day has even happened to me yet. Not even close.

I am assured that my latter will be greater than my past...and I've had some pretty fly experiences in my life that only dreams and fantasies are made of. It'll be prety neat to see what middle age will bring.

When I think about it often when I was extremely happy those very situations later turned into the total opposite . And I am not talking about me naively getting involved in situations which I should have known I might have to pay the price sooner or later, but wonderful unexpected things happening to me and then everything totally unexpeceted turns around, like in a bad movie . As if too much happiness just cannot be true. So I guess I am much better off to never be really happy again in my life and not have to deal with the backlash that will follow later as it seems. So I change my answer from above that I hope the best day of my life already happened to me .
