There's a joint near my house called "Zaatar Wa Zeit"(Translation: Thyme & Oil) that makes the most unfuckwithable "baked" flafel ever. Which I didn't even know existed, I thought flafel only get, fried?

I love falafel!

When I make it, I tend to make it into patties instead of balls and fry them once on each side so I use very little oil. It doesn’t get AS crispy and yum on the outside of course, but it’s still good.

Now I wanna find a recipe to make them turnout nice baked!

Oh I have alot of recipes in my house. On paper, it looks like I could cook the hell out of a falafel dish the problem only occurs when I'm actually doing the work. I must've been doing something wrong because it NEVER gets done the way I wanted to be.

Its a tricky dish, thats for sure

All I have to do is look at falafel (baked or fried) and I start farting.

I was right!

That baked falafel looks amazing. I had a real falafel for the first time in years the other day. I was groaning like a 17 year old boy getting his first BJ.

Falling apart, not crusty enough, hell the WHOLE thing is a huge fuck up

And Genesia, NOT baked ones I'm not a huge fan of falafel either because it starts a civil war in my stomach and gives me acid reflux(then again, most fried food give me the same thing), these one are very light on the stomach though.
