I love white pants. Always have. I think they look just as smart as black pants (which are my favorite cuz it's suh-liiiiimmiiiiiing).
Don't you enjoy the feeling of putting on "your size" and then lo and behold its too big!??!! That deserves a celebration in my neck of the woods. | |

They actually didn't have the size I thought I'd need. So I grabbed the smaller pair and said to the owner of the shop, "These will probably be too small, but at least I can confirm what size I need."
And they fit! I was hoping they would (I've lost over 10 pounds since last fall). But I'm always afraid to get my hopes up. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |

I just remembered that I had a pair of white chinos I bought several years ago. They never fit right - so I never even hemmed them. Just stuck them in the "maybe I'll be able to wear them someday" stash.
I just tried them on and they fit, too!
