Website alerts you when it's time to take computer breaks

I'm sure you all know that extended monitor-gazing can damage your eyesight. I recently heard about the site below and have been using it! Beats continually restarting your cell timer woot!:

I use a software called Time Out.

It gives you ten second micro breaks every ten minutes, and ten minute breaks every hour.

But sometimes I skip my breaks boxed

There are plenty of others, probably more for PC in fact.

I think they are a really good idea, and the fact that I skip my breaks tells you how much I probably need them. I keep trying to follow them, but they literally interrupt me 40 times a day lol

Hey Ace, just wanted to mention I have been using this since you posted it this morning and it has really broken up my day and kept my energy level up. I spend a lot of time reading and writing for school and work (and the org, tee hee) so this really was clever and I'd never thought of such a thing. Thanks!

My pleasure. I really fucking needed this. I stare at monitors so much that I find myself rubbing crust out of my eyes in my sleep. Gotta try those artificial tears again!

So this one is only every 20 minutes? That might be better, especially if I don't skip them!

You can go 20-20-20, 60-5, or a scheme of your choosing.
