"Good Times" The First Season on DVD Did any of you buy the "Good Times" DVD which contains the entire first season (1974/75)? I'm gonna go pick it up this weekend,as well as the 1974 movie "Claudine",which has also just been released on DVD.

Yeah,Best Buy is where I'm gonna buy mine too The first season is the best because it features "James" in the cast.I think he left the show near the beginning of the second season (fall of 1976). | |

I got totally ripped off buying the VHS ones they came out with a few years ago - only 4 episodes on each, $25 a piece I never watch them, but I might if they were easy to access. I'm spoiled, don't even wanna take the time to rewind anymore... | |

Actually,I would LOVE to get my hands on more episodes than just the first season.I'm hoping that,eventually,they will release more seasons on DVD.I want EVERY episode of that show,from the beginning (1974) to the very last episode (1979). I have the "Jeffersons" first season on DVD too,and I hope they eventually add more seasons in the future. | |
