Designer Diva or Cheap and Cheerful When you are out shopping/buying things what are you drawn to most?
Do you like things you can't afford? Can't you afford these things but whack them on your plastic anyway? Jewelley, clothes, cosmetics, toiletries, pictures, furniture, art etc... Do you go for the finer things in life or do you think it is all a waste of money and just buy necessities? Mix and match maybe, some designer/some value items? Tell, tell, and discuss...

A typical Haystack shopping trip.
1. Primarily, go to places that sell CDs, DVDs and Video games and buy as many as possible. 2. Avoid clothes shops unless I REALLY have to buy new ones. 3. Find a good restaurant to have food and alcohol. 4. Once intoxicated on said alcohol, suddenly get a rare desire to buy some truly groovy clothes (have to be totally drunk to do that) and totally abuse the demon credit card. 5. Go back to alcohol selling place and get wasted. 6. Argue with partner. 7. Wake up the following morning. I like shopping trips like that.

I'm into black, white, and red clothes...cheap, cheap, cheap.
Certainly if I could afford the finer things in life, I would love to dress up, but I'm not into flashy clothes.

I always like things I can't afford. That's why the plastic gets a beating.

I'm one of those ppl that buy whatever I want most of the time. It all averages out. For example: I pay $300. for shoes, 25 cents for a teeshirt, and $7 dollars for a pair of pants. Wear them all together and it only cost me $307.25. ... not bad. Now I am a thrifty shopper most of the time unless there's that something I have to have. I'll go home and after a couple of days I feel like I still want it then it's mine. Much Love, LoLinex Faith

Put them together and you got a wicked outfit, you gotta have the best shoes though...they say it all. I have heart palpitations if I really want something and I have to go and buy it as soon as I can!

Ex-Moderator | I go for a little bit of everything. I never live beyond my means, but sometimes I gotta splurge. I actually make a lot of my fun and funky outfits myself. |
