do u think women can b a pain just like men?

No. Actually never had to put up with as little as with her. Really easy going. That's why I'm with her.

When I make her a great breakfast, she apreciates it. And brings the plates to the kitchen.

When she is up before me, she has already tidied the room, fed my cat, turned on the dishwasher and make me a cup of coffee. It takes a man 2 years before he knows how the dishwasher works. And never seen one spontaneously tidy up.

One day we had an appointment, however I wanted to do some work in my garden. She was fine with that. She just didn't feel like helping me, so she called some friends, hung out with them and a few hours later came by again. Than we made a nice dinner together and went out. A man would be wining and wanting me to do whatever he feels like. Or would rub it in that I had agreed to spend time with him. She just does what she wants and respects it when I want that too.

We just tekst and call when we feel like it. And be very sweet to eachother. There's no playing games going on. Just mutual respect, love and clear communication.

We like spending time together. The conversation about our status was easiest as ever.

Me: So, are we in a relationship now?

She: No, I don't do relationships very well. I feel choked. I just like to be around you. However, I can't stand the feeling of anybody depending on me.

Me: Allright, well I really love it when you'r around. And I'm a simple person. So, I'm not fooling around with anybody else. That would be too complicated for me. However, if you want to, go ahead. Don't tell me if it's just for one night. Tell me when you get closer to somebody. Then I can retract on my own pace.

She: Yeah, let's play it by ear.

Me: Yeah, just enjoy eachother as long as it lasts.

She: kisses me and hugs me.

She's on a holiday and comes back the day before her birthday. She will call me if she feels like seeing me. When she is too tired or doesn't feel like my company, she'll let me know. And I love that. I can rely on her words. With a man, it's allways saying that and really meaning that.

Never can rely on the words of a man.

I miss dick. However, I love adult communication.

u dont need a dick! u need a toy.

Or folks who just like a change of pace from war coverage and all the other horrors that are going on today.

Every once in a while, something sweet and frivolous is needed and a good thing.

And - it's love. I thought we were all for that, anyway lol .

I don't see what all the fuss is about either. Seems dull and stuffy to me.

What I don't understand is, why are these people still called queens, princes, princess, etc.? Didn't that shit end years ago? If it didn't, it should have. I be damned if I'd let someone "rule" over me because they come from a certain family. I'd tell them to kiss my ass. lol

^^I'm sure we are happy. I don't know too many people (personally) who are whipping ourselves into a frenzy over this wedding, but there ain't nothin' wrong with showing a little bit of interest.

I don't know much about royalty and how it works, but I think you are missing a crucial point about royals: at least speaking for Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Spain, Sweden, among other European countries, [not so sure about Britain though], as far as I know, their decision-making powers over the affairs of their country are quite limited. They don't 'rule'. I believe it's the government [after democratic input from the people] that does and decides on the most important stuff.

Might be mistaken for some cited countries, but that's my gut feeling.

I was shocked to learn the King & Queen are FORBIDDEN to meddle in politics. So even Prince Charles has to give up being a spokesman even for causes such as envirionmentalism once he becomes king.

So it's totally ceremonial, they have money but not much power. Well, actually the prince has more power than the queen because he can still speak his mind

Pretty silly, actually. Maybe more silly than ruling!

I'm pretty sure they probably can't rule any more and are probably just descendents of kings and queens who did once rule. What I don't understand is, why they continue to call them princes and things if they can't rule. It's like they must want people to think their shit don't stink. Hell, if I was a descendent of a king, I would keep it to myself for fear that people would resent me and think I was a stuffy old prude.

I guess names and titles are what traditions, culture and history are made of - for better or worse.

I think changing titles/names would only bring a cosmetic, superficial change imo.

If you were of royal ancestry, you would keep it to yourself? - How? As far as I know, kings and their kin are public figures.

I understand some of why people are interested; the harkening back to an earlier time, the general people watching and observing of a lifestyle none of us will ever understand, stuff like that. But for me personally it does absolutely nothing. I tuned it out a couple weeks after the first announcement.

I'm getting a day off work so i'm quite happy about that.

Otherwise No I don't care.

We're not getting no day off, we're gonna have a day in lieu.

I wanted the day off so I have a nice relaxing day way from this royal crap, my workplace is near the church. I really don't fancy seeing the parade of the wedding from a man and his family that are on royal dole money and have never done a hards days work in there lifes, and a wedding that my hard earned taxed money is paying for. fart
