I don't find it something to personally revere more than any other wedding, but I appreciate a good show as much as the next guy. They've certainly got more wherewithal than most to bring that.

No. Actually never had to put up with as little as with her. Really easy going. That's why I'm with her.

When I make her a great breakfast, she apreciates it. And brings the plates to the kitchen.

When she is up before me, she has already tidied the room, fed my cat, turned on the dishwasher and make me a cup of coffee. It takes a man 2 years before he knows how the dishwasher works. And never seen one spontaneously tidy up.

One day we had an appointment, however I wanted to do some work in my garden. She was fine with that. She just didn't feel like helping me, so she called some friends, hung out with them and a few hours later came by again. Than we made a nice dinner together and went out. A man would be wining and wanting me to do whatever he feels like. Or would rub it in that I had agreed to spend time with him. She just does what she wants and respects it when I want that too.

We just tekst and call when we feel like it. And be very sweet to eachother. There's no playing games going on. Just mutual respect, love and clear communication.

We like spending time together. The conversation about our status was easiest as ever.

Me: So, are we in a relationship now?

She: No, I don't do relationships very well. I feel choked. I just like to be around you. However, I can't stand the feeling of anybody depending on me.

Me: Allright, well I really love it when you'r around. And I'm a simple person. So, I'm not fooling around with anybody else. That would be too complicated for me. However, if you want to, go ahead. Don't tell me if it's just for one night. Tell me when you get closer to somebody. Then I can retract on my own pace.

She: Yeah, let's play it by ear.

Me: Yeah, just enjoy eachother as long as it lasts.

She: kisses me and hugs me.

She's on a holiday and comes back the day before her birthday. She will call me if she feels like seeing me. When she is too tired or doesn't feel like my company, she'll let me know. And I love that. I can rely on her words. With a man, it's allways saying that and really meaning that.

I think a lot of the appeal for (some) Americans, is the fact that we don't have the monarchy over here - so a lot of this royal shit is fascinating to us for whatever reason. Over in England they're used to it so it's boring to them.

Plus, throw in how many girls grow up hearing fairy-tale stories about princesses, becoming princesses...being called 'princess' by their families...there's that fantasy factor there that draws a lot of American women, right to this stuff.

Myself, I have to admit I'm kinda interested - mildly. The day it airs I'll probably watch, but I'm not worked into a lathery state of anticipation over it.
