Go to museums and look at my favorite works.

The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

What is the favorite opiate of the Org masses?

Actually just tried that last thing with my boy and I felt like I had no emotion, and I was in a dreamy state. Very weird and kind of addicting. We smoked at night and just talked and well you know wink Then we woke up and smoked again then went o Mcdonalds and it was soo amazing. lol

Prince music, of course - what a question! lol wink

No seriously, the ballads especially.

Then I pluck/correct my eyebrows and any hair anywhere on my body that shouldn't be there. Like the Orger here who said she sews, it helps me remain calm, immobile and focused. Plus, it saves me from spending money for this in a salon.

I also go for weekly massages [Thai on Wednesdays & Chinese on Sundays], but once the time comes to pay and I get the bill at the end, I get all tense and nervous again! lol

r

- weed with a cup of chamomile or apple tea

- Listen to jazzy/bluesy ballads, Prince plays a massive part on this one!

- I love to full on clean my room, especially when it comes to organizing my wardrobe.

- Masturbating if I'm extremely stressed usually does the job too nod

Thanks everyone!

I appreciate the new suggestions.

Walking, swimming, massages, weed + chamomille tea, etc, etc,...

Very good!

I usually listen to music when I want to relax. Sometimes I just need peace and quiet, because I have to deal with people, co-workers, family.

Music used to be my opiate of choice actually.

Unfortunately, there's so many damned weepy love songs out there that it actually becomes stressful now.

sigh

Luckily, I don't really get stressed anymore (therapy's had a lot to do with that).

Relaxing, for me, usually means doing one or all of these:

  • Surfing the Internet
  • Watching TV
  • Listening to The Howard Stern Show

Stress is my #1 problem. I don't deal with it very well and it affects every aspect of my life.

I've been going to a therapist for about 2 months now...for a while things seemed to get better, but then the problems with my marriage suddenly took a turn for the worse and now I walk around with my intestines in a knot. ALL THE TIME!

I'm taking time off in 2 weeks, hoping that if I spend a carefree week somewhere far away I can readjust and recover...but for the moment I am still in a knot.

Booze, TV, herb, internet...doesn't help. In fact, the herb (which I had never done before) seems to make me THINK more about my problems. WTF?

Driving is definitely therapeutic. nod

I have to get into drinking tea, it seems to be a popular choice here.

...and I need to find other people to bring happiness into my life. horny
