i feel really light and just souless right now

i dont care for anything and i want to be scared but something in me just doesnt care

when i read of peoples parents being sick and or people getting laid off i just dont care

i dont want to feel like this

i just feel empty i tried cleaning up to feel a sense of acomplishment and nothing ....

then he went on to say how i need to follow my dreams and im the only one in my way

how he was in the army

really strange things

then at the next stop he left and mumbled something that sounded like "i will always be with you"

it scared the shit out of me

he also sniffed a lot which was strange

he was crazy as hell but said some profound stuff

Maybe he was exactly what you needed at the time.

He told you to follow your dreams, that you're the only one in your way and then he scared the shit out of you, proving that you DO actually care

If you believe in any kind of higher power - God, Buddha, Christ, Source, Mother Earth, guardian angels, etc... - know that they can show you the way in any form, including strange guys who sniff a lot.

I've found myself sinking under the weight of my problems sometimes, not knowing where to turn, and I've had similar experiences.

My most memorable was when a big guy who obviously hadn't washed for days (at least), pushing a shopping trolley, stopped to talk to me as I waited at the bus stop. I honestly can't remember what I was going through at the time or what he said to me, but it came completely out of the blue and really did make the world of difference.

Once I got on the bus, I put my mp3 player on (always on shuffle) and the next song that came on was "One of Us"

Regardless, try not to judge the way you feel (or don't feel) at the moment. Just be gentle with yourself and know that you're most likely in a transition of sorts - you won't feel this way forever.

In other words, this too shall pass

..be mindful, keep your guard, guard your heart and listen...crazy people sometimes give the best advice...

but this strange man encounter happened before the soullessness bout

i dont feel happy, sad, excited, no sexual drive its just nothing like i lost the person i was inside

this is worst than feeling the saddest i ever felt before..i just feel numb

i hope im not Physically sick...im so scared

are you eating enough and sleeping enough? for me, if i miss either i start feeling kind of gray. also, finding out i had a food allergy helped me get rid of occasional 'gray' moods. i hope you feel better soon. things in life really can change up. maybe you feel this way today, but tomorrow you might feel differently.
