Well, I can see where this angle is coming from. I guess it depends on your point of view. If you force a woman to do that and she's not willing (i.e in rape), then yes, it is degrading, unhealthy, and just terrible.

If the woman is willing, well then, that's her business. She knows her limits and what she can do. If she doesn't think it's degrading to her, then it isn't.
