I used Toast Titanium 10 for a couple of years, and it gave a tone of options on how I wanted the files to be converted and sound.
I could never figure out how to do the mp3 tag correctly for itunes though.
Toast 11 is out, and I haven't actually used it to convert flac lately.

Converter how? From disc to flac, or from flac to something else, like mp3? Either way, try download.com - they've got a TON of converters there. Just search for what you need to have happen (like, convert flac to mp3) and then sort the License Type to Free over on the left hand side.

^ To those questions, I'd add: Mac or PC? We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
