lawd, I should NEVER have stopped watching this thing.

But truth be told my life got REALLY busy when I left the states a year and a half ago, and high tailed it here to Asia, so I sort of forgot to keep watching episodes.

Anways, I'm a little behind the LOST wagon, and so I watched the last 3 episodes of

season 5 again, and am now on the first few of season 6.

All I have to say is that watching it from a fresh new perspective with a bit

of time to have digested the show and reflect upon it, I've come to the realization

that this show is really.....terribly stupid.

I bursted out laughing in the last episode at the dialogue, acting, and über-drama

between Kate, Sawyer, Jack, the blonde girl, and Jacob...zOMB, and when Ben

does his little spiteful dialogue inside Jacob's "living area", I bursted out laughing.

Is season 6 any good? I'm only on the second episode and so far, not impressed.

I jumped ship when they killed the hobbit, though it turned into background noise halfway through season 2. With the introduction of 3 new characters every episode I just gave up. I don't have time to spend hours pouring over clues and whatnot over a tv show.

Well, as the finale showed - people who were pouring over clues for all those years entirely wasted their time anyway. There was no resolution or answer at all! They side stepped everything.

Always loved it from the get go, always will, and I miss all those characters a lot. LOST is, was and always be my favorite TV show. I even loved the final episode (the one that made hardcore fans feel bad about having watched LOST at all ). I love, love, love this show. Great story, great characters, great atmosphere, great message. An unforgettable, moving experience.

In my opinion, it all got a little weird and silly during seasons 5 and 6, like the writers were just hurrying to find a way to draw it to a conclusion. For me, a lot of the individual episodes were really good, but the overall storyline was a bit silly.

As a fan of the first few series, I just kinda felt like I had to watch through to the end. And I'm glad I did.

I think the writers´ strike played a huge part in that. The story did feel a bit rushed toward the end ( they should have kept the limbo universe storyline a bit shorter) but all in all, I still loved it and still do. You could tell after watching the final episode that they had, contrary to what some critics said, already planned out how the story would end when they shot the first episode, and it was nice how they went back to the original message and storyline again (redemption, forgiveness, letting go, friendship, the part we all play in life etc.). I found the finale brilliant but I know I´m in the minority.

And most questions WERE answered.

Now I know you're playing games. Boring ones, but still games. lol

Try watching seasons 1-6 continuously. When I sprained both my ankles and had to stay off my feet all I did was indulge in Lost. I don't think that was a good idea.
