10. (1) occupy more than one seat on a station, platform or conveyance when to do so would interfere or tend to interfere with the operation of the Authority�s transit system or the comfort of other passengers; (2) place his or her foot on a seat on a station, platform or conveyance; (3) lie on the floor, platform, stairway, landing or conveyance; or (4) block free movement on a station, stairway, platform or conveyance; or

Why would you even bother with two younger women on a train you do NOT know? I mean is it worth it really? What good can come from saying "only animals eat on a train" to two younger women.

I didn't play the audio of the video because I'm at work and I don't want my supervisor to know I'm on the org. Anyway, I could tell what was going on just by observing the body language. Fat ass should have minded her damn bidness. Ghettron was just being herself and no amount of criticizing or embarrassment is going to make her change. That lady was asking for it because she kept bugging them, they didnt start that she did, so I think the same animals that eat on a train, dont know what the hell she means by animals just saying are the same animals that kicked her Chunky Monkey eating ass lol now it wasn't right for her to keep bugging them and they could have just walked away but if she didnt learn from that experience, someone would have kicked ass later down her life line just saying they saved her life, because in the real world, you sometimes write checks that you can't cash.. yikes, but they could have walked away, these are ratchets people, ratchets will kick your ass if you fart in their direction, in other cases, someone would have just told her about herself and hurt her feelings pretty badly.

Here's the thing (and I don't know if I will replay the video cause I usually hate fight videos unless it's some asshole getting their due deservedly)...Whomever initiated physical contact with the other person is most trifflin IMO. enforcing might be tricky, but if eating is banned, the MTA couldn't (shouldn't...) raise the fare b/c the subways are cleaner; if the ban was in effect, and followed, they'd have nothing to clean

A couple of weeks ago heading home from work on the train, I sat across from an old dude that I noticed was eating slices of Kraft (?) American cheese and reading the paper. It wasn't in the brand packaging -- just a handful of individually wrapped slices of cheeese. Unwrap cheese square, fold in half, nibble 'til gone, repeat. He looked like somebody's kooky old college professor. Thankfully, he put the plastic wrappers in his coat pocket and not the floor (I can't stand ppl who litter).

Yesterday morning on my way to work, my olfactory nerve was **assaulted** by some chick eating hot, smelly noodles in a small styrofoam container. It was awful! I wanted to ask "WTF is that shit??" but, I'm a nice girl.. and I moved to the other end of the car. Unless you're hypoglycemic or something (or a baby/toddler *needs* to be fed by an adult), I think that crap can wait.

I don't know what pisses me off more -- sloppy, inconsiderate idiots with food [whether is smells bad or not; accidents happen, especially on trains that jerk all over the place], or the assholes with alcohol or cigarettes (you couldn't smoke on the subway, even outdoor ones, long before Mayor Bloomberg, thankfully, enacted the smoking ban on other public places as well).

I've never had a problem with anyone eating their food on the train or where ever...there might have been a few times where it annoyed me a tad bit but nothing I couldn't ignore. Personally I wouldn't do it {it on the train} because I get grossed out in dirty places too quick and lose my appetite, ESPECIALLY in the train station. If that lady was really bothered all she had to do was move. How many train cars are there?...I'm pretty sure she could have found another seat but to sit there and talk trash to someone, call them disgusting, animals and not expect any retaliation, in NEW YORK CITY???...chile please. To me it didn't look like the girl threw the food on her first, it looked like she was pushed and THEN she threw the food or either the food dropped while she was trying to throw a jab. Either way the whole situation was stupid and avoidable but that's what happens when you mix people who feel they can talk down to people and other people who feel that they should fight to solve their problems.
