Well well well! What can I say except... that I am simply stunned. For a long time now, I've wondered what precisely is the point of the General Discussion forum. What useful purpose does it serve? What redeeming cultural qualities does it possess? I'll freely admit that I have been lost for an answer on the matter, as the majority of the posts in the forum are of the most puerile and pointless kind imaginable.

However that said, every now and then something very special happens. Some person - nay, some kind and generous soul - gives us something which truly makes you stop and pause for thought, in creating a thread so truly profound and important so as to change the very way in which we perceive communication on the internet. One of those moments is upon us right now, dear friends, right here and right now. LaVisHh has given us a truly incredible, interesting thread today, and I suggest we are all humbled by this great moment.

Let us pause now, just for a moment, for some silent reflection.
