Uhm...I would like to point out that a mere hour or so ago, an extremely hot 22-y.o. told me that she LOVED my sketch and that I should definitely get it.

I want to go with my "symbol"... I refined it a little and going today to get a price/details (I'm a tat newbie).

Here it is;

I still like the Quetzalcoatl image more which I think would look great on a shoulder. But I also would never put anything celebrity related on my body so any Prince-like tattoo would automatically get a thumbs down from me.

Like most people have already said though, it doesn't matter what any of us think. If you really like it then go for it.
