the only herbal T i have not liked so far has been white T...
but today i am trying Blackcurrant Tea and it's great
Here are it's benefits...
Black currants has been used since the Middle Ages to treat a variety of ailments. It is known to stimulate digestion and improve the functioning of the liver, kidneys, spleen, and pancreas. The abbot Bailley de Montaran of the Dijon Monastery was the first person to publicly present the health benefits and tonic qualities of black currant. Nutrients that black currant contains include:
Anthocyanins are compounds that are naturally found in berries. They reduce inflammation and may be helpful in treating arthritis.
Since they are rich with anthocyanins, black currants may may help complement and/or potentially replace anti-inflammatory drugs like aspirin and ibuprofen in some people. The leaves of the black currant bush may be beneficial for people suffering from oliguria due to their diuretic properties. Additionally, drinking black currant tea may be helpful in treating and preventing several other diseases and conditions including cardiovascular disease, diarrhea, dysentery, cancer, allergies, and asthma. Black currants are also known to improve circulation in menopausal women.

so many ppl talk about rooibos.... and the health benifits are amazing
this is what i found out about it
Rooibos tea, like green and black tea, has been found to be rich in anti-oxidants and flavonoids. In fact, Rooibos tea has been found to have as much as 50 times more SOD than Green Tea. It also has other anti-oxidants not found in other teas. The effect of free radicals (a by-product of normal cell function) in the process of aging and declining of the immune system is limited by the anti-oxidants in Rooibos tea. Rooibos tea is completely pure and natural, as it contains no additives, preservatives or colorants. It is a soothing drink for people on a calorie-restricted diet, without adding kilojoules.
Rooibos tea is also strongly recommended for people suffering from irritability, headaches, disturbed sleeping patterns, insomnia, nervous tension, mild depression or hypertension. Rooibos tea contains no caffeine and therefore has a soothing effect on the central nervous system. Rooibos tea is also low in tannin and therefore does not have a negative effect on the absorption of iron and proteins into the body. Rooibos tea has anti-spasmodic properties, thus relieving stomach cramps and colic in infants. Rooibos tea also relieves stomach and indigestive problems like nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach ulcers and constipation.

I have tried some and like Zen, it relaxes me . and when I had cramps last month I made homemade ginger tea . Just boil water and put ginger slices and let it simmer for like 10 - 15 mins, it's very spicy so you have to put alot of honey . I can't give up coffee though . But if i drink tea i just drink lipton regular hot with nothing in it, just pure Watch me talk about Prince - http://www.youtube.com/us...ature=mhee

Don't bother with comfrey, nettle, lavender or catuaba bark if you care about taste.
I only buy half the shit I do to counteract my wife's propensity to kill her body. MY COUSIN WORKS IN A PHARMACY AND SHE SAID THEY ENEMA'D PRANCE INTO OBLIVION WITH FENTONILS!!

White tea is just tea, as in the same thing used to make white, green, blue-green, and black variations. I thought herbal tea referred to things brewed like tea, but that in truth aren't actually tea.
I like white tea, for the record. MY COUSIN WORKS IN A PHARMACY AND SHE SAID THEY ENEMA'D PRANCE INTO OBLIVION WITH FENTONILS!!
