This movie had the best possible actor for this role, James Earl Jones as the villain Thulsa Doom was unbelievably good ( "Now they will know why they fear the night!" ) the best supporting roles, an amazing soundtrack, and probably the best director for this kind of film (I don´t like John Milius and his rightwing ass but he created a masterpiece when he did Conan The Barbarian).

No Conan movie will ever come close to the greatness that was Conan the Barbarian (1982).

Pouledouris created one of the BEST soundtracks ever, IMO.

I will definiteyl watch the new Conan movie but I already know that it will disappoint me.

Even the sequel with Arnold and Grace Jones kinda disappointed me. The first one had a great cast, great soundtrack, great team in general. And don´t forget Oliver Stone´s input.

Conan the Barbarian (1982) is one of my all time favorite movies.

Honestly, it looks better than I expected. I expected a trailer on the level of some terrible Sci Fi Channel original movie If this movie is at least entertaining, I will go see it. Will not match the original I am sure.
