Sorry, butmy pancake days don't come until the weekend. I usually make apple pancakes, or I throw in some musli with dried berres!  |

Sometimes I mix plain yogurt in mine with either chocolate chips or dried berries or fruit. My husband makes waffle with bacon mixed in that batter. Yummy! |
