we have freshed smoked bacon at my house! mmm....hams and sausages too!

I've smoked salmon, cheese, garlic and corn at home.

My smoking ability is limited, though - since I only have a stove-top smoker. I'd loooooove to have a cold smoking set-up.

yeah....I guess I was being a bit redundant.

I bought an outdoor smoker last fall. So far I've done a turkey, did the beer can chicken, boston butt, and ribs. Everything was great except for the ribs, don't think I cooked them long enough. Needed a hack saw to cut them.
