this is weird tho. because it says they found out about the sex because he admitted to it. so did he willingly go in and tell them as some sort of "oh father i have sinned" thing, or was it an issue of they had their suspicions and he was confronted and chose to be honest?

so they suspended McMahon after his 4 year playing career was over? The article said spring of 82, which is the year the Bears drafted him and after his final game in the Holiday Bowl.

Jim Rome was interviewing some reporter who covers BYU when this broke...reporter says part of their Code of Honor is that if you are aware of a fellow athlete who has broken the code, you are required to turn them in.

I think they said one of his teammates ratted him out and he fessed up when questioned.

I agree with the others...the kid knew what he was getting into when he signed on at BYU.
