I have been a sleepwaker 4 all that I can remember. When I wake up in the morning I can have an idea what I have done in the night. Or I will wake up in the bath looking for something in the middle of the night, sitting in the bed like if i was looking a far away... etc.

does any of you are sleepwalker ? & have you find anything 2 stop this ?

my brother used to sleep walk when he was little, but he grew out of it..... one night he walked out of the house and crossed the street.... the thought of that is freaky cause we lived on a busy street!!!!

all my kids talk in their sleep and one of the even sings
