Butter. It doesn't get more basic (or delicious). Kerrygold is totally yummy...and I loooove cultured butter.
My favorite compound butter I've ever made was a smoked garlic butter we put on sweet corn in the summer. Oh - and I did a lime chipotle butter once, too. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |
