Your picture first has to exist somewhere online - Photobucket, Flickr, Facebook, etc. Copy the .jpeg (or .gif) address of the photo file and paste it into the "Image URL" field in the Insert Image box (click the picture of the tree above where you type your post).

That's exactly what it is a "Horny Toad". A friend of mine gave me that years ago. A friend of her's had gotten it as a gag gift and he was so embarassed to take it home afraid someone would see it. She told him she knew someone that didn't give a damn and she gave it me. Everyone else was ashamed of it. You see I don't give a damn. Hell, I keep that damn thing on the end table next to my bed in full view. I've even gone out to clubs holding the damn thing and asking motherfuckers if they measure up.

This is yesterday. I went out with a bunch of collegues and as of tomorrow we have three days Carnival and the Friday before is the day that everyone goes out when finishing their work to celebrate that Carnival begins. It's very nice and packed in the café's.

This is one of the two project managers I work for/with. I'm glad he doesn't know I put his pic on Prince.org
