I know, right? Basically, Flip understood the shit of Hollywood. He didn't want the fame all the time. He wanted the money. It reminds me of that saying, "would you rather be rich and unknown that poor and famous?" I've been told Arsenio Hall did the same. Stacked up his $$$ diversified it and dipped.
