We'd be such rich bitch messes. mushy

And after the fashion...

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

OH YES. Oh. Yes.

All these years later, I still quote from AbFab with surprising regularity. "This is the one we liked! This is the one we didn't want!" and "We need a map and a list" are two of my favorite quotes from that show.

If you were filthy rich and never had to do any cooking, cleaning, shopping, go to work, child rearing etc - what would you fill your days with?

hmm Is your thread open to working dads as well?

If I were filthy rich and never had to work for a living, I would;

- travel around the world

- work out with Lou Ferrigno

- write a novel at least once year

- open a fancy restaurant in NYC serving Honduran food

- develop working farms around the world, hire impoverished locals to run it, and take care of my travel AND philantrophy needs at the same time!

thumbs up!

My kid just told me the only reason I make his school lunch is because I don't have anything better to do falloff

falloff

Make him wash his own clothes and cook his own dinner! lol

I hope he's getting a real "interesting" lunch tomorrow.
He'd find a can of sardines or pickled herring in his lunchbox the next day. innocent

I'd still paint, of course, but I'd be able to buy proper promotion for my work instead of hustling the social network. lol

I'd travel a lot and go on trips to NYC just to catch Broadway shows. I'd also spend lots of time on gorgeous beaches. cloud9

Leo ate all the herrings in mustard already, stinked out the house mad

falloff we saw a movie once which exposed your little secret

"Consider the scene where one of the aforesaid curtain-twitchers spies through binoculars on Anna and Elisabeth swaying drunkenly in what he perceives as a seductive dance; brushing off his wife’s overtures to join him on the sofa, he claims that he’s going to the basement to do some woodwork; downstairs, he takes a wank mag from underneath his bench, seizes a hammer and bashes away at a non-existent project as he fumbles at his belt. Moodysson cuts to his wife, knitting metronomically, her eyes rolling as the hammering becomes more and more frenzied."

I JUST said "Squish! Squish! Dahling!" the other day! Ah, I love it. I alternate between that and "I...condole you."

First pay all my bills when I became filthy rich giggle

Honestly I would love to travel and learn about the areas I travel to, the food, the people etc...

I would also want to continue with my education. Since starting school 3 yrs ago I have figured out I love to learn...so I would want to obtain as many degrees I could in different fields.

I can't stand being idle.

I'd probably still teach. I love my job....

I just wouldn't feel the pressure to pay bills; it'd be because I'd truly love what I was doing.

Or... I'd probably go back to school and get another degree. I wouldn't have to worry about tuition, fees or student loans.

Concerts!

Lots and lots of live music... nod

Funny thing is i would still do all those things because I love doing it. Also I would travel, go to spas, shop. Find ways to help others like single moms just trying to make ends meet. Oh I forgot eat at the best restaurants and try to launch a business or two.
