It wasn't a date. It was a meeting to discuss how to proceed for a legal settlement between them, with the plaintiff somehow ending up in the defendant's bed.

We discussed a lot of options for resolving the balcony problem Monday.

We listened to eachother, and will both consider it again.

I soften up a littel in negotiations. However, don't think it's a bad thing. I might look for a person who will negotiate on my behalf.

We went out for diner around the corner. Talked about our feelings. We both like eachother and will have more decent dates and play it by ear. We decided that around date 10 we will talk about what direction we want to take the romance.

We talked, not about the balconies, just about a lot of stuf, he took me out for dinner with his best friend, we went out for a drink, I stayed over at his place (a was a lady, did not make out).

He wanted to make out, however I wanted to get to know him before I would get intimat (I attach easily, it's just for self protection ) He said he loved spending time with me.

That was two days ago.

Haven't heard from him since.

Maybe he's only playin' you, in the hopes that you'll drop the lawsuit (or settle with terms in their favor).

Got a letter from the court that the first court hearing over my divorce is settled at may. I'm very happy, have been waiting for that for a year! So the big money fight can start.

Fell for a guy I'm having money issues with that might have to be settled in court.

Yep, I might have an issue with men, money and power.
