Name and categorize 80s rock bands! :) Violett and Jthad request Moonbeam's assistance! Violett, Jthad and I have a new project... let's all name and categorize all the eighties rock bands that we can think of.

i have to add 80's Rock:
If a band had its total lifespan of 1-3 albums, released only in the 80's, they are 80's rock. Slayer Quiet Riot Twisted Sister Winger Dokken Nelson Poison Warrent Trixster Cinderella Autograph White Lion Krokus Great White Europe Kix Night Ranger Enuff Z'nuff Lita Ford Billy Squier They could also be in a sub directory: 80's Hair, some will some won't. Heavy Metal is for: Dio Judas Priest Iron Madien Black Sabbath Hard Rock: AC/DC early Van Halen Aerosmith Kiss i know this thread will be bumped to the music non prince forum so i can continue there. Hey, really, if Metallica and Slayer aren't speed metal, who is? Is there music out there faster than "Battery" and "Fight Fire with Fire?" You people have GTA: Vice City, right? Is "Raining Blood" really death and not speed metal? Just because they sing about the Devil doesn't make them Death Metal. That's closer to Black Metal and all those Norweigan bands.
