Nothing worse than the dumb and homely (gal or dude). Perhaps we could have a "dumb" wing at the Home For Homely Bitches.  We could discount them or something. |

this was the basis of the movie Charly, which was based on the book flowers for algenon. Someone who was blissful and dumb was given intelligence temporarily. |
