Who was it that said recently that they had the world's worst business model? hmmm

These great cookies that you can't get in any store, that are only available one time a year, and you can only get if you happen to know someone in the scouts.

or you happen to go out anywhere in public! round these parts for weeks you can not go anywhere without being hit up! I once was very tempted to say "give me your mom's phone number and I will by a box"

lol but they only sell them one time per year!

Oh lord I hope they don't come around here because I can't say no. These little pudgy faced, rosy cheeks, bright eyed lil girl bratz always jack me for $25! I swear girl scouts must be the most happiest and loved little girls in the world. Boy scouts on the other hand always seemed stressed and unhappy. hmmm

4 dollars a box and the boxes are smaller. Better to make your own cookies. Girls should stay home, do other things like smoke cigs and listen to punk rock.

I've never heard of that in the UK. Are they made by girl scouts? Or do they just sell them?

Someone at my job is having a drive to send girl scout cookies to our military personnel in overseas. Which I think is a great idea, instead of that box of thin mints I'm woofing down in one sitting, it's helping the Girl Scouts and giving someone a little taste of home. My hips will thank me.

Do the Girl Guides do civic things and go camping like the scouts? When you mention Girl Guides I just imagined the cookies being an off brand cookie sold in Wal Mart and their slogan would say "compare to Girl Scout cookies".

It is amazing how what an enormous money generator the Girl Scout cookies have become.

Man, I used to push that stuff back in the day. lol 2$ a box...

 I was a girl scout. I loved it. Hustling those cookies was a pain in the booty. I walked all over to every where. That's unheard of today. I would never let my 10 year old daughter walk by herself thru neighborhoods after dark going door to door.

The most fun for me was camping. Fun!

You know, the cookies are good, but I think they're becoming a big rip off. How many cookies come in a box now...12? Hell, when I was A Girl Scout, there were at least 50 cookies in a box; of course that was eons ago. lol

yes!

since we can't use DDT any more and that's it's superhumid, more so than ever, we can expect them to proliferate here once people bring them over. I heard all the posh people in Manhattan have them but won't admit it, or their house prices will fall!
