My hairdresser asked me today if I'd put on weight, which made me happy because I've been working out and thought I'd put on some muscle, but nice to get some objective feedback to confirm it.

Nah, if you've seen pics of me you know 3 donuts ain't no thing. No idea where it all goes. I can ask my wife if she thinks I've filled out a bit and put on some muscle but she can't be trusted to give an honest answer, so it was cool to have someone objective say it out of the blue like that. I'm still extremely thin though, about 175 lbs and I'm 6 ft 3.

I'm taking Dan's advice about wearing tighter fitting clothes, that if you're thin at least it makes you look slim and fit, as opposed to looser clothes making you look like a bag o' bones.

5 more lbs and I'll be very happy indeed.
