For starters, he organized a recall of a governor that had JUST been re-elected, wasting god knows how many millions on a second election, just so that he could make CA an embarrassment to the world.

I don't disagree with everything he stood for, he was pro environment, for example, but he had no business being governor in the way that it happened. He was elected in the same way Palin might be elected--purely for image reasons.
