A Subway meal. No need for all that fancy shmancy stuff every night.

Those fools better give me lots of black olives too.

Gumbo...not the authentic Louisianna kind.

Sausage, chicken, okra, peppers (mild) tomatoes.

Served over rice.

Accompanied by cornbread and ice tea.

Last night it was a piece of round steak with onions,a baked patatoe, and some zuchini in tomatoe sauce w/ a little bit of shredded mixed cheese on top.
Tonight it will be ..a bowl of homemade chilli beans and some crackers.

My kids like the three cheese one... I don't remember what it is exactly.

I created a new topic because I have made quite a bit of this stuff in the recent past, because of things going on in my life, and just recently started actually cooking again and enjoying it.

I actually made so much of it that the thought of it made my stomach turn.

That's the best flavored one...the 3 cheeses one...I love cheese!

And, for me...Cooking has become so much more fun to me because I've gotten so much better at it...I used to shy away from it because my stuff usually didn't turn out exactly right, or turn out very tasty, imo---and, a little burned sometimes...but, when I cook now I really pay attention to what I'm doing and my cooking skills are much better now than ever before... smile And, I'm really enjoying doing it too, in part because of that, as well as I because I want to eat...lol smile
