Well it is only 11am NY time here.. so a little early to think about dinner.. But i think i may have a steak fajita tonight with rice and beans... YUM!

I had my favorite dinner last night.
Sweet green curry with red and green peppers, eggplant, broccoli, peas and fried tofu. Yum!!!

Gumbo...not the authentic Louisianna kind.

Sausage, chicken, okra, peppers (mild) tomatoes.

Served over rice.

Accompanied by cornbread and ice tea.

I'm having Lasagne tonight...mmm Don't konw if I'd say it was my absolute favorite, but I never turn it down.

Pot roast, onions, and potatoes are cookin' at home as we speak (write)...

last night...garden burgers and onion rings
tonight... venison chops, potatoes and green beans. Hey...what can I say...my husband is a hunter

Last night it was a piece of round steak with onions,a baked patatoe,and some zuchini in tomatoe sauce w/ a little bit of shredded mixed cheese on top.
Tonight it will be ..a bowl of homemade chilli beans and some crackers.

our fridge is broke so it'll be a feast of leftovers until the new one is delivered on friday

Dolphin steak.

probably some lasagna from davanni's, cuz i don't feel like cookin...

I'm eating my dinner now...

Cottage cheese, peaches, grapes and celery.

I created a new topic because I have made quite a bit of this stuff in the recent past, because of things going on in my life, and just recently started actually cooking again and enjoying it.

I actually made so much of it that the thought of it made my stomach turn.

And, for me...Cooking has become so much more fun to me because I've gotten so much better at it...I used to shy away from it because my stuff usually didn't turn out exactly right, or turn out very tasty, imo---and, a little burned sometimes...but, when I cook now I really pay attention to what I'm doing and my cooking skills are much better now than ever before... And, I'm really enjoying doing it too, in part because of that, as well as I because I want to eat...lol
