ours was a workplace of 4 people at the time, we needed an explanation for her behaviour. This girl was 19 years old! None of us were extreme christian fundamentalists or anything, we understood her reasons, but the hormones and depression took their toll on ALL of us - the 2 men who were the partners of the business, had no clue how to deal with this mess.

I swear, when I read the work-related threads here at the Org I think about 95% of the worlds workforce must be employed by companies with no HR department (or a completely worthless one) and a severe lack of management structure. There are so many times when people write about something that has happened or list things people do that bother them that I simply would NEVER allow to take place around me if I worked there. It would stop, because they would be trained in regards to what was an acceptable workplace discussion and/or behavior, or a lawyer would quickly become involved. It's like people don't understand that we have rights in the workplace with a clear set of regulations to govern them.

• My boss constantly spits in the trash cans. If you accidentally threw something away, need I say more.
• The " That's not my job" co-workers and be pissed about their pay raise. I wonder why?
• The co-worker who re-heat fish or crab legs for lunch and on the whole office stanking!
• The co-worker who leaves their ass print on the toilet seat! WTF!!! Their is nothing worse then you have to clean the toilet and you've been holding your pee for a few hours!
