She accuses the performer of trying to cover up his adultery, his poor and neglectful parenting, “and physical and mental abuse of” Mary Harvey.

According to the complaint, “All of this was also done under the guise of protecting Steve Harvey’s image, who attempts to promote a packaged do-good, likeable, Christian-type image in the public eye.”

Over the past 10 years, Anderson had represented the married couple and their dozen plus businesses, including The Steve Harvey Radio Show, The Steve Harvey Show and the Kings of Comedy Tour. And she woulda got her split in Texas, especially with him cheating. It's a no-fault state but the judge can consider infidelity when dividing assets. She got royally screwed, but it's her own fault.

I listen to WHUR on the way to and from work. Steve is on during my morning commute, and Michael is on during the evening. Michael was dancing around the topic by saying that instead of the public getting all involved in celebrity divorce and scandal, folk should concentrate on their own images and conduct. Yeah, good way of covering his OWN ass! He also said that if people would just admit their own transgressions and apologize, things might turn out better. I took that as his head's up message to Steve: Man, maybe if you apologize to Mary, she'll drop the law suit and move on and save you a couple dollas.
