it's a sexist thing....
with men... hot men... my stare is focused on their buldge, then their lips and eyes
men that r just men and r not hot... i go for the nose
women are different... first i look at their smile, their hair then their shoes

If his dick is hanging out... I'll notice that first, I think that's all I will notice actually.

Hi, Doctor.
I guess the main thing I want to talk about is my obsession with my physical appearance.
I've been told that I'm a good-looking person, yet I am fixated on my nose, feeling that surgically altering it will be the panacea that will magically transform my existence. I've even posted several threads about it in an online forum. I think I have BDD. Almost certainly, I have low-esteem, which I've been told is probably the true root of my problems in hanging on to the kind of romantic partner I'd like to have.
Someone on the online forum told me that my belief that landing this idealized partner will engender happiness for me is misguided. So, here I am, wanting to get a professional opinion. |

1. eyes
2. clean fingernails
3. nice teeth/grill
4. bulge in the pants/big feet
5. good skin
Once I get past this stuff I can assess the body and the personality and the income potential. I'M NOT SAYING YOU'RE UGLY. YOU JUST HAVE BAD LUCK WHEN IT COMES TO MIRRORS AND SUNLIGHT!

Plastic surgeons will always give you an unbiased opinion.
I will never forget a U.S. TV interview I saw with an honest plastic surgeon a number of years back. In essence, he admitted that plastic surgery was for losers, that it could not effect anything more for the recipient (and, in fact, probably less) than a good, old-fashioned dose of self-esteem.
Dude, if this isn't a put-on, you are deranged. And any woman will tell you that a man who obsesses about his looks is a total turn-off.
This is just crazy. |

P.S. What's turning people off is your complete and total lack of self-esteem and a sorely misguided view of life. |

Depends how far away they are. I should wear glasses nearly all the time, but I don't, so usually the first thing I notice about them is a blurry, general body shape and size, or often more their clothes and the colours of them. Most of the time because of my sight I don't really look at ppl while I'm out and about, just the ppl I'm with. I don't really look at other women that much because of this (not so much through some saintly devotion to my wife).

I had a friend in school who frowned all the time. She was always forgetting to wear her glasses, so it turns out she was trying to work out people's expressions, and frowned (without realising!) when she was looking at people |

I might do that too, then. I don't know though. I'll have to ask somebody. While possibly frowning as I try to work out who I'm asking. MY COUSIN WORKS IN A PHARMACY AND SHE SAID THEY ENEMA'D PRANCE INTO OBLIVION WITH FENTONILS!! |
